We aim to reply within three business days. If you are reporting an error, please include the page address and the figure you believe is wrong so we can check it quickly.

What we can and cannot help with

We are happy to explain how a calculation works or to add an appliance you could not find. We cannot review individual utility bills, resolve billing disputes or recommend a specific electricity supplier. For a billing problem, contact your utility directly or your state's public utility commission.
